I chatted with Bart, and he really helped me out with the setup. Initially, I was on hold for an hour, so I decided to hang up and try again. The second time, my call was picked up super fast. Fingers crossed this info helps someone else!

I ordered 4 camera's but they keep on sending wrong model, instead of sending the model which i ordered they keep on sending wrong model, its just waste of time... customer support is very bad...

I have a lorex security system it is the model lw2232 my question is how would i go about deleting certain video recordings from viewing. i tried looking it up but it gave me a walk through of other security systems different then mine. thank you!
